I've been here three times now in the morning but nothing is ready when they open!! Why open the store at 9am if staff is not... ready to take orders?? Why not open the store at 9:30 instead or ask the staff members to come in early to prep and get thekitchen ready? Where's the logic? Read more
placed an online order today and when i got to the store, the lady said she didn't get the order and so my sandwiches weren't... made. i told her that it's been paid for and i got order confirmation, she proceeded to help other customers instead of checkingher systems. when i asked her again, she told me to call Subway and get a refund. i told her to check her system to find myorder and of course it was there. what was suppose to be a quick 5 minute pick up turned out to be a 40 minute wait for my orderbecause she decided to help everyone else who came in AFTER me. considering it was lunch hour in this busy area, i'm not surewhy there was only one staff working. will drive further to avoid this location and their rude and unhelpful staff. Quality is sub par to other locations Lettuce looked dark in spots. Would rather visit a different location. Tomatoes were not... firm, rather were not fresh and mushy Location at keele and major mac much better Read more

Drove a little more out of my way for lunch to this location since the other locations near me have not been good experiences.... The customer service was very friendly. They used fresh ingredients and the quantity you got was actually worth it (the rightportions for a good sub) Definitely worth the extra distance for a good lunch. Read more
Great amazing place. My company we placed a order with Subway. Amarjit did a great job getting it together. The staff prepared... everything that every one wanted. Food was delivered at 11am. As asked. Yes we are going to be ordering again. The sandwicheswere fresh all the vegetables were fresh. Thank you for a amazing job. Every one was very happy with there lunch. I do like going to Subway quite often the only problem was I think I went on BMT day where they give you these varieties of... meats the needs were not very good quality there was a lot of fat in them.... MSG and all kinds of chemicals of course theirsalads are always fresh and delicious like their bread's but the meats were not good I should have picked the veggie salad Subway sandwich instead that they but I did not but I think if I did have been a lot better they have these specials on everyday and not every day is the best day I prefer the chicken day and the tuna day those are my two favorite.
