Been the worst experience in my pizza eating life .never have I been disgusted by the customer service at this location the... vulgar language and arguing within the own staff members . Waited 3 hrs totally till we gotten into our pizza still not able toget our order made when it was delivered but we drove up to the store the entire time on hold car while at the store still onhold over 20 min not one word was said just uncomfortable I hate to say this but I'll probably never eat Papa John's again dueto it's unsatisfied customer service really an upset that I'll have to order pizza hut or dominos the shame.u should have PapaJohns I'm dis owning you Read more
Went to thinking I?d get a good deal and good service ? The manager was rude . Didn?t look like she wanted to be there .. asked... for the specials looked upset to say them ? Seriously terrible. The ?normal? crust pizza was nearly a flatbread and was supposed to contain sausage but had only like three... pieces on the whole pizza and I also ordered the papa johns bowls which I assumed was pasta but turns out is just some toppingsin Alfredo sauce! I'M OVER IT. I used to love this Papa Johns. Used to. I've had three back-to-back issues with this specific location. This time... Delivery driver was upset because he wasn't tipped (had no small bills. Gave him exact) and he told my husband "Thanks fornothing".
