Been the worst experience in my pizza eating life .never have I been disgusted by the customer service at this location the... vulgar language and arguing within the own staff members . Waited 3 hrs totally till we gotten into our pizza still not able toget our order made when it was delivered but we drove up to the store the entire time on hold car while at the store still onhold over 20 min not one word was said just uncomfortable I hate to say this but I'll probably never eat Papa John's again dueto it's unsatisfied customer service really an upset that I'll have to order pizza hut or dominos the shame.u should have PapaJohns I'm dis owning you Read more
Went to thinking I?d get a good deal and good service ? The manager was rude . Didn?t look like she wanted to be there .. asked... for the specials looked upset to say them ? Another employee saw the pizza ready then handed it to me .. not sure what I didwrong but that person wasn?t having a good day .. Seriously terrible. The ?normal? crust pizza was nearly a flatbread and was supposed to contain sausage but had only like three... pieces on the whole pizza and I also ordered the papa johns bowls which I assumed was pasta but turns out is just some toppingsin Alfredo sauce! Have ordered twice from this store and on both occasions their pizzas had almost no sauce and were cut very poorly the second... time I ordered I even made sure to order extra sauce on the pizza and still did not receive it as well as the pizza beingovercooked. I ordered my pizza at 6pm, and by 8pm I had yet to receive my order. I called the store and asked what the status of my order,... they explained that there was a rush and they were just catching up and my order was waiting on a driver. Four minutes after Ihung up I got a notification that my order was out for delivery. It still took another 30 minutes for me to receive my order. Bythe time I got it, the pizza was ice cold and I could tell it was sitting out for a while. They also got my order incorrect. Iordered extra cheese, and my pizza did not have it. This is not the first time I had issues with this store and getting my ordercorrect. This will be the last time I give this store my business and I will make sure to let my friends and neighbors know notto give this store their business. Read more

I'M OVER IT. I used to love this Papa Johns. Used to. I've had three back-to-back issues with this specific location. This time... Delivery driver was upset because he wasn't tipped (had no small bills. Gave him exact) and he told my husband "Thanks fornothing". I called, made a complaint, was told there would be a voucher delivered.... nope. I don't even care about the voucher.It's the disrespect at my literal door step that's my issue.
