WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED IN A LONG TIME! I would give zero stars if I could for the experience I just had at this... location. I ordered online to pick it up at 5pm, got there at 5:05. It was not ready and they told me my ticket was next inline. I sat there for a half hour and reminded them 3 times about my order while I watched them make pizzas for multiple peoplewho came in after me and were scheduled for pickup at 5:15. Then proceed to bump their orders up in the line ahead of mine.Almost 40 minutes later I finally got a pizza. Not once did anyone acknowledge my presence or ask me what I was waiting for.When I got the pizza home I realized they made it wrong on top of everything. I called to complain and the manager was very rudeand just kept saying that I didn't understand how the ticket order works and there were other orders in front of mine. Very poor customer service, I ordered online two pizzas, one was a Chicken, Bacon and Artichoke pizza. When I went to pick up... the pizza I was told they were out of Bacon I was told I could pick another meat. I said I would take Canadian Bacon insteadwhich I didn't really want, I then asked if I could get tomatoes instead. I was then told in a very Rude tone that Tomatoeswould be extra... I just told the I didn't want the pizza I just wanted my money back.. What happened to making a customerhappy? I will not be returning. Read more
