It was around seven when I decided to venture into this Wendy's. The drive-thru line was exceedingly long and unmoving, which... really should have set off warning bells in my head, but I was craving chicken nuggets and let my stomach guide me. There were afew people eating outside but no one inside, and when I walked up to the counter to order, I waited. And waited. Everyone seemedfocused on the drive-thru and I tried in vain to catch somebody's eye, trying to look my best like a lost puppy searching forscraps. Five minutes into the wait and someone finally walked up! I was excited as he started keying something into the computerand I gave my best feeble 'Hi!', but then he promptly said 'I'm going on break. Sorry.' And then I watched for several longterrible moments as his work friend walked up to him and they starting joking around with each other. Needless to say, I leftwithout any chicken nuggies and only obtained a heavy dose of heartache. Read more
Busy time frame and they seemed short staffed, which I can understand but the front cashier (probably a manager) was rude. I... didn't get a receipt nor did I get an accurate number of drinks. We are outside and we're promptly locked out so we couldn't usethe restroom nor get drink refills, condiments, or napkins. Read more

Restaurant was very busy when I came in, but it was also very clean. The staff is always friendly and nice. They are short... handed from time to time, but the employees are always working hard. So I appreciate that, and I appreciate them. Instead ofbeing upset about that I would like to praise them all for working so hard, and being nice people. Read more
They have no work ethic here. I came in at 7pm to get some frosties and cookies. The frosty machine needed mix and they didn't... have any cookies made. Of course they didnt tell me this until they took my money. 15 minutes later we finally got our order.You'd think with no customers and 4 employees they could keep up on the basics. They are more concerned with talking to oneanother and goofing around. Read more
Slow workers, will ignore you and take forever just to give you drinks. I spent $35 asked for water 4 times and still didn?t get... it. They were too busy arguing with each other I didn?t get fries. How you can suck at fast food is beyond my understanding. Read more
Was close to wher I worked so I dined in. They had my order in 10 seconds and it was HOT. First hot Taco Bell meal ever. 10/10 +... had Apple Pay which Wendy didn?t. Read more
