Came here for a quick lunch with my coworker and overall we were satisfied with the food and customer service. They have a... lunch menu you can order from (with limited options) and I ordered the soup and salad (Maison add blackened shrimp and gumbo). The food came out fairly quickly although they were slightly busy. I would definitely come back again to try their fried catfishand drinks! Read more

My daughter and black grandchildren were denied seating despite having called ahead. They tried to say it was because they only... had one cook. When my white husband and I walked in, they offered us a table until they realized my Hispanic daughter and blackteenage grandchildren, who they just denied a table, would be sitting with us. They only had 2 tables of which already had foodin front of them. I shared a picture. The cook was not in the weeds. They just didn’t want to serve my daughter andgrandchildren because of their skin color. What year is this? Read more

I was in town visiting from Memphis and stumbled across this place because they had bread pudding which I love! The atmosphere... is very nice..bougie! The bartender was very friendly and attentive although it was just her. I got the Crawfish Creole Pasta. It was delicious! My mother had The Who Dat Special with the Fried Catfish along with fries and slaw. The slaw was disgustingbut everything else was good. Their only vice is that they do not have sweet tea..only unsweetened. The bread pudding was goodbut it contains pecans! Give this place a try in downtown Dallas. Oh and I also had the spinach dip and gator bites as anappetizer. Delicious!! I will be back here next time! ?? Read more

Service was great great and friendly! The servers are passionate and love the food, which translates to excellent... recommendations! We had the alligator bites, the fish and chip special (cod) and the NOLA burger. The NOLA burger was cookedperfectly! Everything was tender and had excellent cajun flavor. All went perfectly with an Abita Amber cold beer! Read more

We visited this place today for the 1st time. When I called to make a reservation I was told no reservation was needed as we... could just walk in. Then the person told me to park at the Westin in self parking and they would validate the parking ticket, soI did as I was instructed. We ordered our food and we all ordered the who-dat special which came with fried fish and shrimp, fries, coleslaw and crawfish critters. I replaced the fries with red beans and rice. We alos ordered spinch dip and a wildstrawberry walnut salad. To be honest the red beans and rice, spinach dip, salad and shrimp were good! The fish is where thefood took a turn for the worst. The fish had more crust than fish. When I told the waitress about the fish she went got themanager and as soon as he got to the table he said I'm not exchanging it and walked off. Now if this is a so called New Orleansrestaurant the fish should be the best thing on the menu and it was absolutely ????% horrible and the managers attitude matched????. I don't know if it was the color of our skin or what but his mind was made up before he got to the table and seen thefish. No customer service skills what so ever, no wonder there was only us and another table there. I will never visit thisplace again. There are way to many Nola inspired restaurants in DFW metroplex with way better fish and way better customerservicer. I wouldn't waste my time or money ???????????? if I were you! To top it off when I left with a validated ticket, Istill had to pay $5 for parking. Read more

After returning from our anniversary getaway,we were looking for a different place to eat. I Google cajun food, and this spot... popped up. The place is very clean, and the setup had a nice vibe. The water was very pleasant and helpful in making our foodselections. The food came pretty quick and smelled just like home cooking. When I say the food was delicious, it was deliciousdown to the very last drop! It was the perfect ending to a very memorable 18th wedding anniversary getaway. Read more
