I haven't been to Arby's for at least a year. When we were handed our bag, I said to my husband, "I smell rancid oil". We went... to have a picnic and yep fries & mozzarella sticks tasted rancid. I called and mention to manager that the oil is rancid. Wastold "yep". I waited and nothing more was said and I repeated myself. He goes "yep, I was going to change it today". That wasit. No apology. I ordered the steak sandwich with green peppers and cheese. It certainly is not like the one featured on your TV ad. The bun was... not toasted as it shows and the bun is not very good. Coarse and not flavorful. It looks like it should be Italian bread but itcertainly is not. The filling was ok. The whole sandwich would have been so much better on a Jimmy John's roll. Read more
They gave me the wrong order. I bought 8 sandwiches and they didn't give me what I asked for. Terrible service

Worst customer service ever !!! Cold food, clearly these guys don't enjoy their jobs. Rude, almost every table was filthy. No... one in drive thru, or in building but us. No sauce in dispenser ' s.... Not going back. I don't need Arby's that bad ever Read more
Wow this was the WORST meal I think I've ever had. Just went through the Drive Thru and by God the fries were ice cold, hard,... and were STALE. Seem like they were completely uncooked. Very disappointed and will not be dining in nor out at this Arby'sagain. Read more
As has been the case every time I stop here (which hasn't been for at least 6 months now due to the same issue), food was barely... warm, fries overcooked and hard. Would have thought with no one else there, food would have been fresh, guess I was wrong itwas more like it had been out for hours. When you wonder why nearby culvers and dq have lines and your store doesn't, look toyour quality and poor service. Won't be back. Read more
If you don?t want to do your job, don?t go to work. Your employees are rude and never get our order right. We were offered a... coupon via corporate and I laughed. I don?t want a coupon, I want my closest Arbys to actually be decent. Dump all youremployees and rehire. What a garbage fire of an establishment. Read more
