The worst pizza place I have eaten! My first time at a Monical?s and def my last! My 13 yr old granddaughter and I went shopping... for the day and decided pizza for lunch. Many places to choose from but I had never eaten at Monical?s so that?s where we went.First of all it was fairly busy and only 2 servers. We were there a total of an hour and a half! Our server brought ourbreadsticks a LONG time after we ordered. Then about half hour later she brought the pizza. She never once checked on us .Finally after trying to get her attention without any luck, I got up and FOUND her to ask for a take home box and our ticket.Approximately another 10 or 15 minutes she brought it, UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE! When I got home and told my husband he said Ishould have asked for a manager. Actually I was too angry and disappointed to think of that! So that was my first and last tripto Monical?s. It might have even been worth it if the pizza as good as the hype. It wasn?t!! Read more
Pizza and garlic bread were burnt. First time that has happened to us here. Breadsticks and salad were great.
There are a lot of great places to eat at when we visit Shelbyville, but you have to be sure to make Monical's Pizza one of... them. I love their thin crust pizza, sandwiches, wings and salads (especially the French dressing). Great service, great pricesand great food! Read more

Monical's is where we go for my family's favorite Family Pleaser meal... pizza, large salad, and drinks. Our service has always... been good and food delivered hot and fast. It is also very family friendly so bring the little ones. Read more

They told us to sit anywhere we want, so we did. 3 more groups came in AFTER us. They all got waited on but us. We finally... flagged someone down after waiting 20 minutes. When our drinks came....carbonated. we literally had to walk them up to counterto replace due to NOT seeing anyone available. Got that fixed then when pizza came out it was cold. We were not going to waitanother hour to fix it so we ate it cold. Asked for a to go box. Won't go back there again!! Read more
The staff were amazing, so friendly and took care of everything with a smile. The food was great and they kept everything filled... at the buffet. Best dining experience I have had at a restaurant in a very long time! Read more
