Went through the drive through and the woman was quite rude and not helpful. They did not give us the receipt, or our drink, and... messed up the order. We also only went because our grandmother really wanted it and obviously we're very disappointed. Read more
We asked for ranch and pay for our food the girl wasn't going to give my $10 in change then she didn't put ranch in the bag.... Had to show her the receipt to get my change had to go into the restaurant to get the ranch. People!!!! Read more

We went through drive thru 20 minutes before closing. Asked for original bucket. They told us they didn't have any breasts and... gave us extra wings and drumsticks. Got home and most of the bucket was crispy. 2 pieces of original. Why do they not offer tocook fresh per order late, if you are willing to wait? Sad, there were 2 cars behind us. Could tell the biscuits had beensitting around a while. Not impressed at all. Read more
We stopped there at 4:30. I thought we would surely get nice fresh food at that time of day. The chicken was dry and seemed like... it had been sitting too long. The corn was cold. The biscuits were dried out. Disappointed with the food, and it sure isn'tcheap! Read more
Just picked up a ten piece meal for 33.00 and the piece of chicken over cooked and pieces of chicken were small, and didn't get... original which I ordered.. Will not go back again. The biscuits were hard and not fresh. The quality has dropped immensely. Read more
Food was fresh and good. Drive through went quick for us. I was surprised to see how different KFC was in America for selections... as well as the gravy recipe and skin recipe different than what I was used to in Canada, never expected to be trying mashedpotatoes or biscuits at a KFC! But I was satisfied and would go back! Read more
