Alejandra is incompetent and claims to be a manager. The only thing she seems to be able to manage is running her mouth. This... location closed prior to closing hours and I never received my order. Not only do they refuse to refund my money they alsorefuse to remake the order. Employee present at the time I went in to talk to a manager even admitted an order was left.
