The guy who took the order didn't tell me is name. He didn't ask mine. When I went to pick up my food they had it under Olivia.... He also put the incorrect crust on two of my pizzas. Edit: the customer service today was better. Read more
Alejandra is incompetent and claims to be a manager. The only thing she seems to be able to manage is running her mouth. This... location closed prior to closing hours and I never received my order. Not only do they refuse to refund my money they alsorefuse to remake the order. Employee present at the time I went in to talk to a manager even admitted an order was left. I really want to give one star but the pizza is usually pretty good. My mother and I like pineapples on our 3 meat pizza but... they charge an additional $5.25 for extra topping. I have told them multiple times that since yall charge extra, I expect a goodamount of pineapples on the pizza. I've received multiple pizzas where there was literally one or maybe two pineapples on eachslice. That definitely is not $5.25 worth! And when I tell them, cashiers sometimes get attitudes as if the pineapples come outtheir check. I'm not even mad at the $5.25 but if yall charge extra, make it worth the extra! Read more
Never have the orders correct or ready when it's time for pick up. Caught store employee leaving the store phone disconnected at... least an hour. (made order online as last effort.) Myself and other patrons waiting over 30min for simple orders. Not sure ifit's the hiring of so many teenagers or staff who don't care all around. If there was a negative 1 I'd give that rating instead.The only worker attempting to service customers was the cashier, the cook could be heard yelling from the back of the store. Read more
I know it's just cheap pizza. But it's not bad, the price is great. Its really fast. Sometimes walk in and right back out. They... have several good ones. The deep deep dish is great. The 3 meat, the 5 meat, the extra most best pepperoni, they even have out athin crust and a pretzel crust. This one also happens to be on the way home. Read more
