Zero stars shut it down system is broken wait time over an hour for drive thru and you can't even leave out once you in the line... due to the set up. Never again next time I will check the reviews believe me they are true. Waste of time for drinks that takenot much time to make. Read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks, waited 20+ minutes for a drink then walked out. At any given time there was 8-12... drinks and 8-12 sandwiches sitting out unclaimed yet somehow mine was never among them. Will never return to this location. Read more
I'm never going back to this Starbucks again! I honestly have never went to a Starbucks and felt uncomfortable until I went to... this location. I ordered online so that I didn't have to wait long but the few minutes that I was there waiting for my orderthat was "already ready", no one greeted me... didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was there! I figured that maybe becausethey were busy with a customer then they didn't realize that I was there - NOPE! Finished with the customer, looked right at meand walked away to do something else...and I was waiting in line!! I finally realized that I didn't even have to be in lineanyway but the cashier didn't know that I had ordered online. Just rude customer service. Again, will never go back to thislocation. Read more
