Worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks, waited 20+ minutes for a drink then walked out. At any given time there was 8-12... drinks and 8-12 sandwiches sitting out unclaimed yet somehow mine was never among them. Will never return to this location. Read more
I'm never going back to this Starbucks again! I honestly have never went to a Starbucks and felt uncomfortable until I went to... this location. I ordered online so that I didn't have to wait long but the few minutes that I was there waiting for my orderthat was "already ready", no one greeted me... didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was there! I figured that maybe becausethey were busy with a customer then they didn't realize that I was there - NOPE! Finished with the customer, looked right at meand walked away to do something else...and I was waiting in line!! I finally realized that I didn't even have to be in lineanyway but the cashier didn't know that I had ordered online. Just rude customer service. Again, will never go back to thislocation. Read more
Avoid this location!!! The last 3 times we've been there the lobby is closed & just the drive-thru is open. However, today both... were closed at 5:50 pm. They could at the least put a large sign on the door that says CLOSED so people don't walk up to thedoor over and over again. I think the people working inside (doing whatever they are doing in a closed location) that run thisstore love to watch customers get frustrated and aggravated. Just like they love it when they are actually open and makingmistake after mistake with orders. They need to close this store. PERMANENTLY! Sept 3rd, 2022 went to this location at 7:45am. It wasn't open!!! When do I need coffee in the evening people. This location... need to clean up its act seriously. Be Nice, Clean the Store, and Smile like we pay your salary. Read more

Ridiculous wait times, I?ve waited 45+ minutes for 1 drink. You can get stuck in the drive thru for long periods of time because... there is no lane to leave. The posted hours are completely different from when they?re actually open. They are often closed inthe mornings when they?re supposed to be open. Read more
