The only authentic Neapolitan style pizza in the area. Thin, soft crust. Cooked quickly in a wood fired brick oven. This is not... New York style pizza. You need to give this a try. There will always be a char on the crust -- it's not "burnt", that's the wayit's supposed to be. The smokey wood fire taste is noticeable. Sauce is light and fresh tasting. My favorite Doylestown pizza place. Beautifully authentic and constructed wood fired pizzas made by an owner who loves his craft... and is almost always present. The pizzas are fantastic, but the unspoken star is the Ceaser salad. Easily the best I've everhad and a great starter. Order at the shop or go to Hopscotch, the bar, and they'll bring it to your table where you can matchit with a smoked old fashioned. Read more
