I had my first disappointing (not so great) prime rib here.... a 16 oz prime rib ordered medium. It ended up being well done... according to their standards (no pink at all) and lacking the usual flavor. I thought it would get more tender and flavorful asI worked my way towards the center. Unfortunately, it was consistent throughout. I was offered a $5 discount or a new steak. Fora couple different reasons, I accepted the $5 discount. Everything else was very good, as usual. My husband and I love eating at Texas Roadhouse. We have never had a bad meal or bad service. The wait staff are always friendly... and checking with us frequently. Our kids love to give us gift cards for here because they know it’s the perfect gift for us.Today we both had prime rib which was delicious! Read more

Learned that you can order larger portions of prime rib then 16oz. Pictured is a 20oz. Still a great piece of meat. Didn't care... for their seating only certain areas because of staff. Walking an extra 10-20 ft to wait on a different area isn't hard. When wedid finally get seated food was very good and the waitress was exceptional. Read more
10 minute wait was 40 minutes. Then went in and they said 5 minutes. 15 minutes go back in and ask they seat us right away.... Unwrapped the silverware and got a dirty knife. Steaks were suppose to be medium and they came back well done. Waitress wasgood. No problems with her. Maybe it was jus a bad night. Read more
I had an extremely nice experience today after stopping in for an early dinner. I was by myself so I sat at the bar. It was very... comfortable. My filet medallions were incredible. I order them medium rare and they were cooked perfectly. The bartender Londynwas wonderful and friendly. Read more
