I have placed orders through the app and I've had issues with the orders being wrong several times now. I used the app to order... from a different location and for some reason it still sent it to this location after I hit checkout. When I called to cancel(30 seconds after the fact) they said they couldn't cancel the order and I would still be charged. This happened at anotherlocation before and they were more than happy to cancel the order and says it happens all the time and it was no problem. Justdisappointed in how it was handled because I chose a different cafe in the app but it still decided to send to this one, sobeware if you use the app for this location as the order will likely be wrong and if it is ordered accidently at this locationthey will not refund or cancel the order. Love, love, love this place. I had one incident where the girl over charged me but she gave me cash back. She seemed new so it's... all good.
