A lovely local representative of a delectable chain. I've softened My diet considerably due to some dental work and this has... really smoothed the transition and left Me looking forward to what blends and flavors I'll try next ^,^ the edible strawberrystraws truly elevate the experience with almost any of their drinks. I have placed orders through the app and I've had issues with the orders being wrong several times now. I used the app to order... from a different location and for some reason it still sent it to this location after I hit checkout. When I called to cancel(30 seconds after the fact) they said they couldn't cancel the order and I would still be charged. This happened at anotherlocation before and they were more than happy to cancel the order and says it happens all the time and it was no problem. Justdisappointed in how it was handled because I chose a different cafe in the app but it still decided to send to this one, sobeware if you use the app for this location as the order will likely be wrong and if it is ordered accidently at this locationthey will not refund or cancel the order. Love, love, love this place. I had one incident where the girl over charged me but she gave me cash back. She seemed new so it's... all good. It's always clean and I love the chia banana boost, no sugar with peanut butter.... amazing. Also, food is great! Kalesalad also good, jerk chicken wrap, I can go on! I've had mostly good experiences ordering from this particular store. Sometimes it could have been a lot better, especially... yesterday. I ordered a dragon fruit smoothie with a baja chicken rice bowl. I could tell the banana in the smoothie wasn't ripeand it made the smoothie taste off. And the "rice bowl" was nothing more than a chicken salad with a small amount of rice(looked like about 1/4 cup or less), a tiny sprinkle of cheese, a half of a slice of avocado and a few stips of unseasonedgrilled chicken with a few black beans and pickled onions thrown in for good measure. It came with a small cup of the fireroasted tomato salsa (best part of the whole thing) which was delicious. I think I'll just stick with not ordering any smoothieswith banana in them (or just get it without the banana) like I've been doing and definitely not ordering the so-called rice bowlanymore. I do enjoy the wraps and flat breads, but have yet to try the quesadillas. Read more
Usually I have no problems at this place and I love the smoothies but today was different. I arrived at 8:55pm and came into the... place, I said hello and no one responded. I then used the restroom which no one told me where it was and came to the registerand was told they were closing in 5 minutes and are cleaning everything. So I said I can?t order? And they said no. Personallyif they were closed they should of had the door locked and the sign should say closed. On the other hand usually places stayopen until exactly when they close. Read more
