Very disappointing , we ordered a few drinks and waited quite awhile for our drinks . After waiting about ten minutes , we were... informed they couldn?t make two of our drinks due to them being out of Strawberry purée, highly disappointed , as we alreadywaited ten minutes to be told that 2 of our 6 drinks we were unable to get . The barista gave up no solutions for it . And the 3shaken espressos all looked different . As if they only had shaken one fully , one semi and the other one more layered . Ordered ahead on the mobile app only to get there and find a sign saying the lobby was closed with an arrow pointing at the... drive-thru. So I get in line and wait 20 minutes. They tell me that a car a few ahead of me got the last of the cold brew, sothey couldn't make the drink that I had ordered on the mobile app 25 minutes earlier. They offer to make it with iced coffeetelling me it will be the same. It wasn't. Worst tasting drink I've ever had at a Starbucks and a complete waste of the rewardspoints I redeemed for it. I had to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket because I couldn't wait in line for an additional 30minutes to have them make me something drinkable. Can't imagine going to this location again. I ordered hot green tea at the drive thru and they handed me mint tea. I paid for something I'm allergic too and didn't order.... Unfortunately I realized after I drove away and did not have time to go back. How can you get a simple green tea order wrong? Read more
Usually good but my last caramel Frappuccino taste like they used a different syrup, if you run out you run out just let me know... don't use the sugar free stuff. It was gross and I had to throw it out. ***Update. They made the best caramel macchiato thathad the perfect foam, that even held up the caramel sauce I've been wanting. There are two Starbucks in DuPont, Washington. This location can be accessed when you take Exit 118 off of I-5, which is Center... Drive. Since I am staying at the Fairfield Inn it is super-convenient to get to and super easy to get to I-5. The line movesvery fast. Everyone is very friendly and the drinks are really good. Great choice when a caffeine-need arises! Read more
