Horrible experience everyone is always smoking outside! Every time I order they take 10/15 mins to take my order and anther 6/10... min to bring out the order . They make the drinks different every time ! U need employees who want a job and not be smokingevery second outside . I have pictures an videos worse place in Durango to get coffee! I went back a couple times since open, things tend to get better, staff gets trained ect. But it just hasn't here. Not worth... your money. It's almost always 20 minutes in the drive through, staff is incompetent on a good day, things have been wrong,cold, or missing. This Dunkin is awful, don't waste your money there. Read more
I mean, don't expect 5 star service, but my experience wasn't remotely like the other reviews here. Donuts were delicious as was... the breakfast sandwich. Staff seemed a little amped up and distracted, but not unpleasant. Read more
Arrived around 9 for coffee and donuts. Couldn't walk into the building as it was all locked up. Queue to get served tool 15mins... and there was only 2 cars ahead of us. Coffee was good, half dozen donuts were pretty good. Staff seemed overwhelmed, tired andbarely holding on but friendly. Hire more staff. Read more

We went through the drive through. No one else was there. I asked for a caramel macchiato with coconut milk. It was not made... with coconut milk and immediately made my stomach hurt. The sourdough sandwich (the eggs) were cold. My husband asked for blackcoffee with raw sugar and honey and they made black coffee with stevia?.? For 20 bucks we didn?t get anything on our ordercorrect. Ended up going to barts across the way. As a local I?m kind of disappointed.
