Horrible experience everyone is always smoking outside! Every time I order they take 10/15 mins to take my order and anther 6/10... min to bring out the order . They make the drinks different every time ! U need employees who want a job and not be smokingevery second outside . I have pictures an videos worse place in Durango to get coffee! I went back a couple times since open, things tend to get better, staff gets trained ect. But it just hasn't here. Not worth... your money. It's almost always 20 minutes in the drive through, staff is incompetent on a good day, things have been wrong,cold, or missing. This Dunkin is awful, don't waste your money there. Read more
I mean, don't expect 5 star service, but my experience wasn't remotely like the other reviews here. Donuts were delicious as was... the breakfast sandwich. Staff seemed a little amped up and distracted, but not unpleasant. Read more
Arrived around 9 for coffee and donuts. Couldn't walk into the building as it was all locked up. Queue to get served tool 15mins... and there was only 2 cars ahead of us. Coffee was good, half dozen donuts were pretty good. Staff seemed overwhelmed, tired andbarely holding on but friendly. Hire more staff. Read more
If this is the service we can expect from Dunkin, they never should've come to Durango. Joke. Consistently have waited so long... in the drive-thru that several people just left, including myself. Multiple times. Doesn't matter the day, they're always shortstaffed. Do yourself a favor and just go to Durango Joe's down the street for better coffee and great service. Read more
The young blonde girl who was working the drive thru today was super rude. I should have drove away after she was barking at me... that they were sold out of everything. I ordered a small order of what they did have. I politely said thank you and she threw mycard and food bag at me and rolled her eyes and slammed the window. Never will I return again. If you don?t like your job thenquit, don?t take it out on random people. Nobody is forcing you to work there. Read more
Last Chance was just used up, never again! I always use the inside counter. 1)After 5 "will be with you in just a minute" by a... number of the staff, I left after 10mins with nothing. 2)My order got placed, I got donuts, waited 10 minutes for my hotchocolate while watching the order screen for the drive-in, my drink kept getting shuffled to the bottom and then itdisappeared. 3)All I wanted was the last apple fritter, no drink. Every time I got the "be with you in a minute" I said "I justwant the last fritter" Well someone in the drive up got it after waiting 6 minutes (yes I timed it). The drive through is thepriority even though getting what you ordered appears to rare. I watch the cars in line and have rarely beaten them using thecounter, something is really wrong at this business. I expect it to be out of business soon 3 strikes your out forever !!! ! Iwas a very loyal Dunkin Donuts customer back east. Never have I seen a worst run operation in my life (67 yrs old). Somenegative numbered stars are needed for this outfit. Read more
We went through the drive through. No one else was there. I asked for a caramel macchiato with coconut milk. It was not made... with coconut milk and immediately made my stomach hurt. The sourdough sandwich (the eggs) were cold. My husband asked for blackcoffee with raw sugar and honey and they made black coffee with stevia?.? For 20 bucks we didn?t get anything on our ordercorrect. Ended up going to barts across the way. As a local I?m kind of disappointed. The only reason why I put two stars isbecause the cashier was very nice. Read more
