Freddy?s is my family?s favorite place to eat in Durango. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious.
Nobody in line in front of us or in the parking lot, but they took 15 minutes to TAKE our order, and that's us pulling up to the... window to get anyone's attention. 20 minutes to make our order, w/ 10 people walking around inside just wandering around... theissue here is not short staff. It's incompetent staff. I could have got my food faster at a sit down restaurant. Read more

It's almost impossible to get the correct order here. There is always something missing or incorrect. Sometimes you can catch... it but sometimes you miss and end up with the completely wrong thing. Also sometimes it just doesn't taste up to even normalfast food standards. I have even gotten chicken tenders that weren't fully cooked. It also seems to take an incredibly longtime between when you order and when you get your food. But the workers are friendly. Read more
