Freddy?s is my family?s favorite place to eat in Durango. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious.

Nobody in line in front of us or in the parking lot, but they took 15 minutes to TAKE our order, and that's us pulling up to the... window to get anyone's attention. 20 minutes to make our order, w/ 10 people walking around inside just wandering around... theissue here is not short staff. It's almost impossible to get the correct order here. There is always something missing or incorrect. Sometimes you can catch... it but sometimes you miss and end up with the completely wrong thing. Also sometimes it just doesn't taste up to even normalfast food standards. I have even gotten chicken tenders that weren't fully cooked. Do not eat at this place, every time I go here is so disappointing, the food is absolutely gross and the staff is completely... incompetent, I asked for ketchup, they told me it was in the bag, I had to come back and wait in line inside the store to getketchup. Been to this store multiple times and they usually always get my order wrong. They are always busy and the employees are very... slow. Today was especially bad as they upgraded my combo size and charged me even though I specifically said no to the upgrade.Also cheese curds were an oily mess just thrown in the bag. Gross....???? I've been 3 or 4 times and I enjoy the food. The one woman complaining about onions on a burger, I don't get that. It's a... requirement of a burger. More is better. I accept the long wait times because I'm cognitively aware of current events. They'vealways been friendly with me. I would like to say the parking is basically non-existent and ridiculous. It's clear one lot wasused for two businesses where the city shouldn't have allowed two. I feel this will eventually backfire, and should not havebeen done this way. Read more
