This Starbucks can be a real hit or miss experience - definitely do mobile order if you can and leave a few extra minutes! In... the off-season it's a great experience - during high season be prepared to wait a very long time (20+ min). Drinks/food/etc. isas expected. If you want local try Golden Pear or Hampton Coffee Company (can no longer recommend Mary's Marvelous since theysadly closed). Read more
If I could give it less than a one star I would, half star is sufficient. My drink is consistently decent. At one point I used... to come here daily, but one employee in particular started to work my patience. No way you're paying that price for coffee tohave a rude batista. McKaylia & Tristen should be ashamed of themselves! I watched this woman interact with customers, she isnot a good employee for whoever owns the store. When I call to get the manager's info the same employee picks up the phone andsays "we're too busy" and hang up... as I can see the two employees discussing the phone call ???? PATHETIC. Sad and surprisedat the blatant rudeness and disregard. I have a feeling these employees are are not happy to be a work. I will continue to askthe Starbucks to review the employees of the day shift at the East Hampton Starbucks ???????? Read more
Terrible service, the staff couldn?t be bothered answering a few questions, just tried to find something sugar free; you would... have thought I asked for them to cut off a limb! You pay a good amount for this coffee, there should be good service along withit. Read more
i like the design of the building, but it took a very long time to get our drinks and i saw many other guests behind me get... their drinks before me. the barista was also very bossy and demanding where we had to go etc. it was ok, so yeah ?? Read more
Everyone is so nice in there, especially Veronica and Diego. Always so quick, happy n friendly. Yes! 5 stars!!!
The drinks are so inconsistent it?s not even funny. You would think that the drinks will taste the same every time since you... follow a recipe but nope. For some reason drinks are never the same. It?s a shame considering you pay $7+ to not know if yourdrink will come out good. What a waste of time and money. A gas station Starbucks makes better drinks than this location. Such ashame Read more
