The only thing this company is consistent at is making burnt tasting over priced coffe. Doesn?t matter what location you go to,... you will get burnt coffe 9/10 times. Clearly this company doesn't train their employees anything about making good coffee. Thisentire company could stand to teach every employee about coffee and the importance of consistency. Pretty ridiculous you canorder the same drink everytime and have it taste different every time. Read more

Corporate does absolutely nothing to help people that constantly give them money. You leave MULTIPLE voicemails for them and... they never call you back. How lazy can a corporate office get? It?s Biggby Coffee for crying out loud. Read more

I have been trying for 2 days know to get help with a over charge on my card. I thought I talked to a manager when I went to the... Mason , Mi location but the person was not. I was charged $48.61 for a $6.45 Coffey and still have not gotten no results forthis matter no call backs from a real Store Manager or Any Manager I will be contacting corporate for information on when thiswill be resolved. I have had trouble with one employee in particular at the Sturgis, MI location not scanning my card property to get credit for... my purchases. It has happened twice, both the same employee. All other employees don't have a problem scanning my rewardscard. The first time, I contacted Biggby home office and got a point added to my account. After the second time, I contactedheadquarters to let them know about this issue again and hopefully train the employee correctly on how to use the scanner. Ithas been about two weeks with no response from the home office. If the home office doesn't give good customer service like thisinstance, then the stores definitely won't provide superb customer service. The reason I am giving this review 2 stars isbecause hq did reach out to me the one time. Read more

We go to the bigby in elkhart ind on casseroles st. We go about 3-4 times a week. Every time we look for our points. They never... give us points. We have changed cards 3 times. Their customer service absolutely socks. Coffee we order has been wrong numeroustimes. We like bigby coffee alot. They are probably gonna lose us for good. The staff in elkhart is absolutely horrible. Read more

Without fail every time I have ordered HOT beverages at the location on Alpine Avenue I have been offered them WITHOUT receiving... a sleeve. Almost as often when I have requested one the associates working have seemed offended by such a simple request. Thelast time I nearly spilled hot coffee on myself as I was headed to work due to the absence of a sleeve. Read more

Usually I love Biggby but this experience was not great. I should have know better than to order this sandwich when the barista... told me they never have enough avocado for their sandwiches because the staff always forgets to thaw out the avocado. WHATTT????She rolled her eyes as she said it as if she was frustrated that it was not done that day already and explaining to me theycould split up what they did have for avocado and put it on two sandwiches (as I had originally ordered) And the photo shows thesandwich I DID NOT EAT and I am sure you can understand why. I received a defective Biggby mug for Christmas. It leaks between the two walls. I presented it at the store on My Hope and... Hagadorn and was told "I will look into what we can do". Have not received any return call from that store. Called "corporate"and heard their message that if I wanted to speak with a real person to press 0. I did and had to leave a message. Have notreceived a call back from them either. Not real happy with the Jim existent customer service. Thanks Biggby for nothing! Thiscompany is very disappointing. Read more
