I am grateful to have ice cream no matter how bad it is. I am usually an easy grader, but this was a really bad experience,... both the product and customer service. Our regular Carvel had a line, so we went to this location and they didn't have mynormal red bonnet, so I got a large vanilla cone with rainbow sprinkles. A standard order. The cone holder was for a differentcone, but that wasn't the problem. I was handed a giant blob that was falling all over the place! I couldn't bring it in thecar. I tried to eat some to make it manageable but it was a disaster. I then asked if I could just exchange it for a premadecone. I was trying to be nice about it. I was told no because I ate some. Lol. Horrible service. 0 stars if that waspossible. Probably a random mistake, but the service was comical. Read more

Worst of Carvel chain.
Frostbitten pre-made cones and there was ice in my mint chocolate indicating it was frost-bitten also. Not fresh at all. Would... not go back. Disappointing. Read more
