I am grateful to have ice cream no matter how bad it is. I am usually an easy grader, but this was a really bad experience,... both the product and customer service. Our regular Carvel had a line, so we went to this location and they didn't have mynormal red bonnet, so I got a large vanilla cone with rainbow sprinkles. A standard order. The cone holder was for a differentcone, but that wasn't the problem. I was handed a giant blob that was falling all over the place! I couldn't bring it in thecar. I tried to eat some to make it manageable but it was a disaster. I then asked if I could just exchange it for a premadecone. I was trying to be nice about it. I was told no because I ate some. Lol. Worst of Carvel chain.
Frostbitten pre-made cones and there was ice in my mint chocolate indicating it was frost-bitten also. Not fresh at all. Would... not go back. Disappointing. Read more
Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing East Northport and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of... parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Moderately clean facilities. No public Restroom. Reasonably priced. Staffis ok. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back. Read more
They are under a new management now, better and friendly service. My kids love their products so much, very fresh soft serve and... beautiful cakes. Read more
