"We're out of ketchup," (how?), "ok," was then given the option of sauces in lieu of ketchup...great. Got the order, checked... the receipt and was charged extra for sauces...so I inquired, "why was I charged?" After huge attitude from employee "Chloe" Ijust gave up and moved on. Employee even refused to consult the manager at my request. Amazing. Very snotty and authoritarianyoung lady. Hopefully one day she will realize and appreciate her station in life, and understand how fortunate she is to haveemployment. Will not give this store any more of my business with other restaurants in proximity that always have good service. Read more

Wendy s is usually my favorite drive-thru, but tonight it was lacking. Line of cars moved very slowly as the person taking the... orders was slow. Perhaps she was new? Idk. Fries came out a tick above cold, no spoons for Frosties, no napkins. Not"Wendy's" - like at all. This was not my usual location, maybe my expectations were too high. Read more
I was visiting from NYC and decided to stop here for a late night snack after an outing. I am not sure where to really begin.... First of all for a drive through, the service was beyond slow. Waited on line for 45 mins and the food was horrible. The spicynuggets we ordered were probably a month old. Very hard and not edible at all. Food was not satisfying at all. At that moment iwished i was back home in NYC for a much better meal at my local Wendy's. Everything else ordered tasted very stale and workerslooked like they were very unhappy with their jobs. If you're working in customer service, at least show some interest in yourcustomers. Read more
Reading all the reviews here on the drive thru hit home for me with my experience on Friday the 7th. Waited for about an hour to... order and probably 20 cars left while I was in line. I mean horrible just horrible. I hope Wendy?s sees this but the probablydon?t care Read more
This place is horrible I've been waiting since 12:30 am for the drive through I have a whole 9 cars in front of me and yet here... I am a little over an hour and I still have 7 cars in front of me! If your employees don't like to work at night get newemployees or switch shifts with others that will do the work not have people wait so they can be turned around at 2am cause theyclosed the drive through. You need better management! Read more
Manager on shift was super rude. And our order was wrong. Any other time I would rate them a 3 out 5 stars.
