I?m not going back to this place. The Manager is extremely rude and will not agree on any mistakes. I was over-charged and he... claimed I ordered extra meat, which I did not. He even said he heard when I ordered it. He was not around and it was a fullline. The guy is out of his mind. Chipotle, do better, you are going to end up losing customers for poor service. Read more
Awful service. I ordered a kids quesadilla and asked to add meat, which is $0.70 extra. I got charged $4.10 extra. When I asked... the nice cashier to please fix it, the manager came asking what happened. When I told him he immediately said that I orderedextra carnita and that is why. He proceeded to give me the $ and continued saying he knew what happened (no he did not). I toldhim to stop assuming and to be quiet because I was not upset for $4 but for being called a liar. Was supposed to open at 10:45. I took a few calls and waited till 11:30 along with a large crowd of others. Front door was... locked, multiple people were waiting, occasionally someone that worked inside would bring out a mobile order. I ended up leavingsince the crowd outside was irritated and who knows how long it would take to actually get an order. Read more
