I?m not going back to this place. The Manager is extremely rude and will not agree on any mistakes. I was over-charged and he... claimed I ordered extra meat, which I did not. He even said he heard when I ordered it. He was not around and it was a fullline. The guy is out of his mind. Chipotle, do better, you are going to end up losing customers for poor service. Read more
Awful service. I ordered a kids quesadilla and asked to add meat, which is $0.70 extra. I got charged $4.10 extra. When I asked... the nice cashier to please fix it, the manager came asking what happened. When I told him he immediately said that I orderedextra carnita and that is why. He proceeded to give me the $ and continued saying he knew what happened (no he did not). I toldhim to stop assuming and to be quiet because I was not upset for $4 but for being called a liar. Was supposed to open at 10:45. I took a few calls and waited till 11:30 along with a large crowd of others. Front door was... locked, multiple people were waiting, occasionally someone that worked inside would bring out a mobile order. Some of the employees are really really nasty and rushy. The manager was extremely ignorant and rude and trying to guess what I... wanted. The manager was rushing us to speak on what We wanted for the bowls because there only one other person behind me. Iknew my order wasn?t fully complete for my kids(build your own bowl) and the one rude girl there was like yes they are complete.Well had to prove her wrong and showed her that they were not fully complete. There was four other staff members that I haveencountered with tonight and they were amazing. Those four friendly employees that I encountered with tonight deserve to have ajob and a raise but that manager needs to leave because to me it seems like he hates his job. Former employee of chipotle in Rehoboth Beach, DE here! In the area for a while and I wanted to give this chipotle a shot. I... ordered through DoorDash pick up just so I can see how well they do and let me tell you..... AMAZING!!!!! This bowl is so full Iate about a quarter of it and then I was full! The lady at the cashier 2:50 on 7/25/2022 was SUPER friendly, the restaurant wasSO clean, and the food was AWESOME!!! Disappointed the GM wasn't there at the time wanted to stop and say hello!
