I ordered food at 8pm and waited over an hour to receive my curbside order. Tried calling the store multiple times and it just... doesn?t go through. The lobby is closed so you cant go inside. This location is terrible. I also had no way of cancelling myorder either so Im left with either losing my money with no food or waiting however long it takes for them to bring out my food.When we finally flagged down an employee who was taking food to another car, he stated that they did not have a mobile order butwent inside to get our food once we showed our receipt. It still took over 20 minutes to get our food despite the drive throughbeing empty most of the time while we were waiting. We had to wait for another person to come out and they stated they they hadcome out and we werent there but we hadnt moved from the curbside spot and my husband was waiting by the door for someone mostof the time. And they still managed to forget my fries. I will go out of my way to go to another location after this. Read more
Good luck with this McDonald's, it is the worst ever. Go anywhere else. They are out of items on a regular basis. They are... closed at odd arbitrary times. The dining area has never been open when I have been there, even during normal daytime businesshours. It's been a horrible McDonald's since I first stopped 10 years ago. I spent 45 minutes in the drive thru 15 sitting at the speaker with no one talking 5 at the window with the guy doing something.... The girl at the window had the wrong order on the screen mine was sitting in a bag on the counter, food was room temp. Sandwichbread was hard and sandwich was partially unwrapped. Very disrespectful manager named Emmanuel put tarter sauce on my premium chicken sandwich 7-25-22 at 7:30 pm when I came in to... complain he asked me was it good? And continuously tried to argue with me, Initially I just wanted my food made over but once Iseen the immaturity I was dealing with I asked for a refund I will be contacting the general manager. This location is trash. They need a better customer service employee at the drive through window. You can tell the chic hates... her job, Which is so simple as taking orders. One day they were out of fries... Ice cream and drinks. Now today their out ofdrinks once again... How that's possible I can't tell.... It's been years since I had McDonalds, It was Ok, fries not crispy was disappointed with those, they do NOT serve grill chicken... no Healthy choice's! Had the grill crispy chicken deluxe, with a glop of mayo on it, chicken it's self was ok, but I did notprefer the crispy chicken. Unsweetened tea is the best!! Read more
Most the time you wait forever. It's really not worth the wait. Food is okay sometimes and others just not. Customer service... sucks. A bunch of young black girls who really do not want to work but get paid. I'd recommend going else where. I usually endup pulling off. But always hoping it'll change. Read more
