Sweet tea tastes like sugar water. No tea taste whatsoever. It's disgusting and not made like normal McDonald's sweet tea
We live in Lawton and have to come to Elgin once in a while and every time we come, we stop and get fries and they?re always... fresh, crispy, hot, and salty. Perfect fries every time the last few times. Read more

Went to the drive thru May 22nd. Placed order, then paid. Was asked to pull forward and order would be brought out. Waited 22... mins, watched two other vehicles receive orders and drive away, and was about to go inside, when two employees came out to askif they could help me, was I 'waiting for something?' I replied that I was waiting for my order. They were confused and askedwhat my order was. I produced my receipt. I told them I would just like a refund. I had originally paid by credit card. 2nd time we went there since moving back. Slow service and messed up our order both times. EXTREMELY SLOW. These kids working... there should save the attitude also. Customer Service isnt their forte apparently. I know its difficult to complete as orderedand all, but when there is noone but 1 other customer there why the 20 minute wait? Horrible service, at least in the evening/night hours. Last 3 times I was there it took over 30 minutes to get my order and... other customers had to come in to get their own orders after waiting drive through parking. Ilit was wrong all 3 times. I knowpeople get and tensions run high, but don't be short and roll your eyes at me when I just want what I ordered. They shouldrestaff that shift of employees. Read more
Food is as expected from a McDonald's. Service was great. My most recent experience here: my husband purchased our food/drinks... and as he was walking to the car, his iced coffee frappe slipped and SPLAT was all over the ground. I returned inside and wasprepared to pay for another and the cashier made us a new one without charge. There should be more customer service like that inthe fast food industry! Read more
why is the one in Elfin Ok unable to have frozen cokes they have them maybe one day out of the month. out for over a week no... syrup them out for a week no CO2 then the machine is broken. why we can get them at the others in Oklahoma Read more
