We have been through the drive through four times. They ALWAYS forget to add an item or two. The first three times we did not... realize it until we got home. The last time I did not leave until I pulled everything out of the bag to check. I am not sureif it's a scam or not or if the employees just don't care. I went to the Elkridge location and ordered a 2 piece with a breast and thigh. I paid for my meal at the drive thru, upon... getting my order I didn't get a breast and a thigh. When I questioned the cashier he said it would be $1.75 more for the breast.I gave him back my order and asked for a refund. The cashier told me to never come back there again. I asked why because hemessed my order up and I want a refund. He gave me the finger and refused to give me his name. He said I'm not giving you myname, what are you the police? I'm still in shock that he barred me from ever coming back to that store because he messed myorder up, I will be happy to give my money to a restaurant who values me as a customer. This is the worst Popeyes? I?ve ever been to and I will never go again. My family and I stopped in after leaving BWI and ordered... via the drive thru. The woman who took our order was very rude and unprofessional. Also, they didn?t have several things thatthey advertise on the menu. I didn?t get the woman?s name but we were there at 2:16 pm on 10/18/22 and our order was order#20.This lady apparently is not customer or people friendly and should not be working in an industry where she has to deal with realpeople. ?-Dr. Everette Read more
Be prepared to check your bag before you drive off, because there's a very high chance they didn't give you what you ordered. I... gave this location 3 chances, so I am done going to this location as they barely get my order right. The manager has a very badattitude even after messing up my order continuously. The last few times I went, the chicken was always super dry, tasted weeksold, and not at all tasty. Horrible. Read more
Found mold on my chicken as soon as I got home and immediately returned to the location. No one seemed phased when I showed them... the mold. They took one look and just threw it out, asking if I wanted new chicken. They didn't stop serving and were stilltaking orders. Read more
Normally pretty good, I ordered an apple pie with my order. The person in the drive thru asked if I wanted a second one for a... price, I said I only needed one thanks. Sadly I got no apple pie, I was not charged for it but was just mad, that It was notthere, and I was 30 minutes away. Read more
I didn't know that mild chicken meant no seasoning. This was my first time coming to this location. I ordered the manager's... special and was told that they were out of mild chicken, and that it would take 15 minutes to cook some. After sitting in my carwaiting for 20 minutes, I decided to walk in, thinking that they had forgotten me. When get inside, I waited some more sincethere were customers also waiting for their orders. When my turn came, I was told that my order was not ready yet, and that morechicken was coming out. Confused, I asked, "Can I have one breast instead of one thigh since I had to wait so long?" I was told,"Sure". Now 30 minutes since my initial order, I added a large frie so that I could get two sauces. When I got home, there wasno breast, and the legs and thighs that were "marinated for 12 hours in Louisiana seasoning" tasted like nothing. I hope thiswas just an overwhelmed night for this location.
