This place is doing so much better than last year for sure !! The staff is always so nice ...only thing is the lack of keeping... the dining area clean. Bathrooms seem to always be but every single table is usually dirty. If there is never clean tables thenhow can the people that go into dine actually dine right....? Just an insight. If I could give a half star I would,waited a half hour for my order,I don't mind waiting but they got our orders wrong,7 drinks... and did not offer a drink try no straws were out and the bathroom was icky and poo on the loo seat and no one was cleaning! Justa horrible experience!.they also need a new frozen drink maker the one they have is never working properly. Read more
You have to ask for napkins and they don't smile much,I ordered a chicken sandwich and I don't know where they got the chicken... meat from but it had things in it and it wasn't spice.it didn't even look like real chicken. I am a firm believer that too often we use platforms like this to say the bad things. So I wanted to take the opportunity to say... how impressed I was with the service I received tonight at Burger King in here in Elma Washington. I was greeted promptly when Icame into the door. When I went in to use the restroom it was clean, and the service that I received from the employees as wellas management was great! They were friendly? but what I found most impressive was the chemistry amongst the staff, while Iwaited for my food and listen to them laugh and enjoy their shift while working. They served me a vegan patty when I ordered a beef patty. The fries tasted like rancid oil and they were not only cold they were... coated in a layer of the rancid oil because they were fried to cool. Definitely the worst meal I've had at a Burger King Kingyears. I ended up with a stomach ache, probably from the fries. I will avoid this restaurant for the time being. Elma needs another fast food option. I have to request for my order to be off the broiler every time because it's usually... cold. Today I went in the lobby, waited 5 minutes to even be acknowledged, when I ordered my food, I requested my food to beoff the broiler, they were out of fries, out of pies and out of frozen lemonade. I settled for Onion Rings and Hash Brown, butrequested it all to be off the Broiler. 2 minutes later my food was done. I asked if everything was freshly cooked being thatit was 2 minutes and was told yes. I knew I should have checked, but I didn't. My food was cold and my Onion Rings weremissing. I called and the manager asked if I could come back down and she would take care of it. I drove back down and she putin the correct order, but to my surprise when I got home, my food was NOT fresh and it was COLD. I had to put my food in myAir Fryer. Went here passing through Elma and wanted a quick bite. The parking lot was packed and both line in the drive thru were long. We... were expecting a long wait. To our surprise it only took about 10 minutes to get through. Burgers were hot and fresh and builtwell(not sloppy) the chicken nuggets had just came out of the fryer. The fries were fresh. My only minor disappointment was thatthe fries were not salted. I rather have hot fresh fries than are not salted than cold limp salted ones. All in all a greatexperience. Keep up the good work! This BK is constantly out of staple things like fries, onion rings, napkins.. And my orders never seem correct. Always missing... random ingredients like lettuce on one burger yet it?s on another. Or just DRENCHED in mayo.. Pic is the amount of mayo off oneof our burgers. Train your people better and get your ordering under control. Read more
