The worst Macdonald's in all of Ontario. No joke. Been to plenty from Windsor to Kenora. The service is terrible, takes too long... through drivethru and for some UNGODLY reason, I had to say my order of two coffees and a Sprite at least twice. Read more
I walk inside to order for take out. Stood an waited for almost 15 minutes for my order. But yet the drive thru is just packed... an watch the orders fly out the window. So the lazy people sitting in their car destroying the environment for their 3 kids getrewarded with fast service, while health an environment conscious peeps get to stand around waiting... I had 20 minutes to stop for an iced coffee on my way to the bank. I ordered with the kiosk and started waiting patiently. 15... minutes went by and nothing happened! Watching the staff trying to work was like watching a demolition derby. I waited another10 minutes and still nothing happened! I had to leave empty handed in order to make to my appointment. McDonald's failed toprovide me with my morning coffee, took my money, and made me late for my appointment. Their slogan, "I'm luvin' it" should bechanged to "GIVE US YOUR MONEY AND TIME FOR NOTHING IN RETURN!" Read more
I come here regularly at different times of day. Even when busy, the wait times are reasonable and my order is always correct.... The staff here really make an effort, unlike another McD location in the regional area (even though it has the same owner). Read more
