My friend ordered an iced chai latte here yesterday afternoon, and they put a shot of espresso in it. She does not like... caffeinated drinks so avoids any type of coffee, hence the chai latte. When she asked the barista about it, the barista told herthat yes chai lattes have a shot of espresso in it, brushed her aside, and did not offer to remake the drink. A chai latte witha shot of espresso is a DIRTY chai. Usually they?re really good here but this is unacceptable and some people medically cannothave much caffeine, so giving someone an espressos shot of caffeine without it being ordered could be dangerous. This is my new favorite stop! The workers were friendly to the point of being effervescent. They patiently explained the items... on the menu and even gave us our own menu to take in the car! When we placed out order, they promptly prepared my meal and mysister's coffee. Honestly those employees are fantastic because that was the best darn fast food sandwich I have ever had. Andmy sister said the same about the coffee - we both consider ourselves "experts" in breakfast sandwiches and iced coffee so thatis some high praise! The tuscan roll was crisp and not soggy (take note Dunkin's!), the gouda was melted and flavorful, the eggwasn't rubbery, and the ham was tasty. I've returned since several times and haven't been let down yet. Seriously, props to theowners and the employees. I know y'all are new but you're doing great! Read more
