The food preparation at this establishment is absolutely the best I have ever experienced out of every fast food restaurant I... have been to. I live in Erie and can say with confidence this could be the best burger king I have ever visited. Today October 30th we waited over 25 minutes in line outside to come home to MISSING food and COLD NASTY fries. We will NEVER go... back to this location. We did try calling the store # looks like phone is off the hook. VERY Poor customer service 100%. Read more
Just about everyone knows what you're getting here. They have staffing issues, like everyone else anymore, but they have good... burgers that are fresh and hot. I really like the Impossible burgers and it is great to have that as a quick option. Pricesare very reasonable and you can typically feed a family of 4 for under $50. Ordered a fish sandwich meal with cheese. Got home and there was no cheese on my sandwich and hardly and tarter sauce. My... husband also said that he did not enjoy his hamburger. Their soda machine wasn?t working so the only options were ice tea orfruit punch. The fruit punch tasted like water with a hint of fruit punch flavor. It was gross.
