The food preparation at this establishment is absolutely the best I have ever experienced out of every fast food restaurant I... have been to. I live in Erie and can say with confidence this could be the best burger king I have ever visited. Today October 30th we waited over 25 minutes in line outside to come home to MISSING food and COLD NASTY fries. We will NEVER go... back to this location. We did try calling the store # looks like phone is off the hook. VERY Poor customer service 100%. Read more
Just about everyone knows what you're getting here. They have staffing issues, like everyone else anymore, but they have good... burgers that are fresh and hot. I really like the Impossible burgers and it is great to have that as a quick option. Pricesare very reasonable and you can typically feed a family of 4 for under $50. Plus, they have the classic chicken sandwich; takethat puppy home and slap some wing sauce it to spice it up a notch, good stuff. Read more
Ordered a fish sandwich meal with cheese. Got home and there was no cheese on my sandwich and hardly and tarter sauce. My... husband also said that he did not enjoy his hamburger. Their soda machine wasn?t working so the only options were ice tea orfruit punch. The fruit punch tasted like water with a hint of fruit punch flavor. It was gross. They are hit or miss with being open and when stuff actually works. Staff most times seems too busy and bothered to want to give... even decent customer service. Terrible service. Lobby closed Drive thru is a park through ALL THE TIME! Update: 5-26-22 Took a chance and thought they... changed. Nope!! Slow service. Now they offer a whopper melt. I drove 13 minutes to pick up some food for the family and when I got home order was wrong and I got this when I ordered a Texas... whopper this looks nothing like it and it had no bacon . I called 4 times no answer. Finally a younger guy answered very rudelyand was refusing to give me my money back or get me a new sandwich. Will be talking to coorporate soon Read more
