This is one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The food service is the best ever. The store is clean and organized and... everything works. The playground for the kids is nice to have. The McDonald's is very Clean. They took my order well. Apon receiving my order. I asked were the coke was?. I said I think you... missed it when I made the order it's not on the receipt. I will pay for it. They gave me a coke free of charge. I find the actof kindness very appreciated in these times. I recommend this McDonald's. Owner is very community oriented help local schools.Very nice people. Not like other McDonald's. Great for the local area. Read more
Very nice and clean. FAST!!! I visited McDonald's daily for my morning coffee and breakfast while I visited Humboldt. The... lady in the morning was CRANKY and slightly rude. Either not a morning person or hates life. I tried to lighten things up andjoke a little. Nothing made her crack a smile. Maybe she just needs more rest. Worst experience ever. Employees too busy eating to greet the customers, actually brushed past me as if I were in their way. Not... even a hello. Stood for more than 5 minutes as they stuffed their faces. If you are in a hurry, call for pizza delivery. Atleast then you will know that it is going to be a while. Read more
I have not ate at a McDonald's in over 25 years as I do not like fast food much. The south end of Eureka location was remodeled... and had put in an indoor play structure. Today (5/25/22) I took my daughter there for lunch and to play on the structure, shewas so excited to play on the structure. We arrived and ordered chicken sandwiches as we thought we'd be safe with thatselection. First disappointment was we were told the play area was closed which was an extreme let down to my daughter. Wereceived our food in a to go bag, as we were not asked for here or to go when ordering, so apparently there was no option todine in (second disappointment). The tables were all empty so we assumed there was no dine in allowed so we just drove home toeat. Well it got worse as our third disappointment came when we opened our food which was inedible (see pics of dark hardchicken, soggy crushed fries, and burnt buns). What a waste of time and money as we had to eat food that we had at home. I donot recommend this establishment. I am confident in saying I will never eat at a McDonald's again for the rest of my life. Afterover 25 years they have only gotten worse not better. Read more
Me and my cousin went thru the drive thru ordered two mcdoubles were given our total pleasant enough accomodations it's... McDonald's. When we paid for it nice enough attitude. When we received it though, no thank you come again or have a good eveningfrom the window person. Just an angry look when we both said thank you have a good rest of the night don't work too hard. Iveworked for jib back in 1993 and that was always appreciated at the end of a long tediuos and arduous day behind the grill or onthe window, most people are @$$oles and are looking for something to gripe about with their orders.
