This used to be one of my favorite cheap taco stands. I started going to the one by the courthouse for to go food. I hadn't been... to the one by the mall for quite a while. I stopped by on my way out of town and got three rolled tacos with guacamole andcheese. There's nothing wrong with the food. My recollection of the amount of guacamole and cheese that they used to put on theroll tacos has been forgotten apparently by their staff and management. I have never been able to count the pieces of cheese onrolled tacos but I could have if I wanted to. There was about a tablespoon of guacamole on each old taco. Boy how times havechanged. This place would have got more stars had it not been for the fact that they messed up the order after my boyfriend told them not... to put any guacamole on his burrito cuz he was allergic they proceeded to still put guacamole on the burrito. They also havereally good chips. However the gentleman at the front that was taking order and it doesn't being a really good server. I shouldadd that I ate there a day ago or so. It?s definitely comfort food. Ground beef is nicely browned and delicious. Shredded beef taco was meh. However, the place is so... dirty it?s disgusting. There was no soap or towels in the bathroom, there was not a single clean table so it was really hard topick up place to sit because all tables were dirty, the whole place is just very very dirty. When I walked in there I was theonly customer and the staff was just hanging out talking instead of at least trying to make a place for a customer to sit anddine in. As far back as I can remember, when you work in the food business, when there are no customers to help out, you clean.Wiping down tables between customers is so given that it is unbelievable to me how you can ignore doing that basic task.
