If you're not in drive thru I honestly think they don't want your business. I was there today and they were straight up... ignoring people to get the drive thru out. I had to wait a good 20 minutes for 3 drinks. Read more
They didn?t help me at all I was sitting in the pickup line with no one in front of me,I was literally there for a pick up and... they didn?t ask me if I needed help I asked them a couple times and was ignored so I went up to the front and had to ask justfor them to send me back to the line I was in first. No charging outlets at this location. That?s the whole reason I come to Starbucks. I?m traveling by bike down the coast and... often need to recharge. I understand there is a large homeless population and that Starbucks is trying to prevent loitering andnon-customers hanging out inside. But the customers who pay for pricey drinks are getting the short end of the stickhere. Employees are very nice and competent. Nice work! Read more
Not all the Starbucks should have the same coffee? This one had a sower coffee for some reason. We got two cappuccinos - one... with regular milk and one with almond, but we couldn't drink them. The staff ware very nice, though. Read more
We usually just hit the drive-thru on the go but we always get excellent customer service and they never mess up our order.
