I used drive past here all the time because outside didn?t look that inviting. I finally went in and was pleasantly surprised.... They have a ton of conventional items and the store is huge. Not everything is super low priced, but if you know the costs atother stores, you can juggle what to buy here and what to buy at another store. Good to know it is employee owned. I think the prices at WinCo beat out most other stores. Their generic store brand is more often than not, just as good as the... pricier ones. 3 things I think they have going for them that set them apart are the bakery, the deli, and the bulk foods. Theirbakery items are great; breads are very fresh and tasty with better prices than a certain red s place. The deli offeringsinclude hot and cold food along with premade sandwiches and meals. The bulk stuff offers all kinds of things; pastas, dry goods,spices, candies, snacks, and even dog treats. Get as much or as little as needed. Don't forget though; they don't take creditcards. It's a great market. I shop here basically daily! Their hotcase is yummy!the pizza counter is great also for a quick family... dinner pickup. It gets crowded here. For your major weekly shopping, I recommend going on a Wednesday night after 9pm for thequiet non crowded shopping. Huge walk in beer cooler and alcohol section along with a full service bakery. WinCo is an outlet supermarket. You will find a great selection of goods. Beware, you might not find the fancier products. Store... is clean, and staff is polite. There are plenty of parking lots. Note that this store does not accept credit cards; it onlytakes debit card or cash. I recommend this store for your every day grocery shopping. Read more
