Asked for my call-in order and was told it's not ready - when ready someone would bring it out and place it on the shelf. I'm... waiting about 5 min or more and come to find out the order was on the shelf the whole time. Would have been helpful if the ladywould have checked to see if it was ready and gave me the order ESPECIALLY since she was at the register. Waited about 5 minunnecessarily. Would not have known my order was already ready had someone else not brought another order out. ???? Read more
Great food and lively witty staff make it for a good time whenever I drop in. I especially like that they still order the Boxing... and UFC pay-per-views on weekends for their customers. Not too many places in this area do that. Read more
I've been going to the Hooters restaurant in Fairfax for years. Whenever I go with one or two buddies, we always have a fun... time. Whenever I show up alone, I get treated like a second-class citizen. Case in point: I went to Hooters to watch Game 5of the NBA Finals. I confirmed with the hostess that I was a party of one. I expected to be seated at a small table with 4chairs, especially since it wasn't too busy. Instead, the hostess chose to seat me at a table for 6, but not just any table for6. She sat me directly in between two of the noisiest tables in the place. I pointed to one of the empty smaller tables, andwhen I turned back around, she was gone. She didn't even wait to see if I was pleased with the table location. She basicallydidn't care. The table behind me had three customers, and the table in front of me had four customers. They all talkednonstop, which was fine. I don't fault them at all. They were all enjoying the game. I also came to watch the game, but Icould barely hear it. My server was polite and professional. She took my order, brought my food and beverage, took the emptyplate away, and then brought the check. No small talk, whatsoever. I've honestly gotten more conversation from the servers atthe Olive Garden. I guess when you show up at Hooters by yourself, everyone thinks you're a serial killer. Hooters is a family American tradition food restaurant, waitresses are 99% women with hooters t-shirts on which gives a... illusion of exiting experience. This Hooters was located in Fairfax va and was a replacement of another location close by. This is a new modern design and lacks traditional style Hooters because of missing wood floors, walls and cossey feeling, buthas a high ceiling very open halls but tons of TV'S around. Service is fairly good and food is excellent. Manager is proactiveand stops by each table to insure our expriance is good. Changing channels on TV's is a Breeze as just ask. If in area must stopby here, as you may like the new look or not but food and service is good. Read more
Aug 21, I stopped by to watch the UFC fights on ESPN +. I had just left Buffalo Wild wings down the road because they weren't... showing them. Cherish was great. I ordered a 10 piece boneless with fries for about $11. Later the dessert tray came and Ididn't say no. It was small and delicious and filling. All in all it was a good night. Food was good. Thank you cooks! Service was not the best. Daughter wanted wings for her birthday so we stopped here. We were... looking forward to the staff surprising her with a birthday treat. We made the server aware it was her birthday, we also toldthe two ladies up front. We were done with our food but wanted to give them time since the restaurant was a bit busy. 25+minutes passed and no one came to our table. We ended up getting up and leaving. As we were walking out I spoke to the managerand explained what happened. She asked who our server was and at that same time the server walks up saying ?no one wanted to doit??. Very disappointed that she couldn?t communicate that with us and had us waiting. Won?t be stopping here anymore. Read more
