Ordered burger well done and it was RAW ! a manager never came to the table to address the situation we were told by the server... that she would let them know not sure who them is but the plate remained on the table with us and no one addressed the problemwe were very disappointed and hungry my husband kept eating we were out all morning/afternoon so we were famished but toward theend he just couldn't stomach anymore he stated he did not want to be a bother but I on the other hand had to bring it to theservers attention but again nothing was done about it. We were a party of 4 and arrived at 6pm. The hostess said that she would seat us in a minute and took a party of 2 that arrived... after us. As we were waiting, another party of 4 arrived but the hostess didn't come back. After 15 minutes, they left. After 20minutes we left. The hostess never came back. Zero customer service. Read more
The waitress was fabulous and was attentive. Our food was good and the portions were generous. I ordered the chicken breast,... broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. The only negative thing was the chicken was very dry. With that said, I would stillreturn! The restrooms were extremely clean!!!! Read more
Glad it was open on a holiday not that busy. The food came out wonderfully well prepared. Paula our waitress needs to speak up,... it was not a loud restaurant but you could barely understand what she was saying. I had a curbside to go order that included 3 well done burgers, and 4 fries. After 30 minutes beyond the pick up time I walked... inside. After 15 more minutes, I finally had my food. The order was missing the fries. After finally receiving the entire orderI took it home to eat. The burgers were ice cold, and still pink on the inside. After nearly 2 hours wasted on the horribleservice and undercooked food, I settled for taco bell. This place is poorly managed and should probably have a visit from thehealth inspector. Read more
We had the new Strawberry Merry Swirl drink. Absolutely delicious! The food looked great and taste amazing. Only issue the food... was barely warm and our waiter sadly was a different story. I ordered the quesadilla burger for the first time and it had a good flavor to it. My finance ordered the bacon cheese burger, ... but pulled all the bacon off ????. I tend to stick with what I know when I dine in at restaurants, but I ventured out into theunknown and tried something I wouldn't normally order. I ordered takeout with some friends and my wife and I shared what I thought was going to be beer cheese pretzels, but instead... was given queso dip instead of beer cheese. I've called twice hoping 3rd times the charm. Will inform whether they get metogether. Read more
