The employees are friendly here. But every time I come here it?s probably the slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been to. I?ve been... waiting in the lobby with my 5 year old son for 30 minutes and still haven?t gotten my drink. I?m about to ask for my moneyback. I remembered why I don?t like coming to this location. Would honestly leave less than one star if possible. This is THE WORST Starbucks experience I?ve ever had. We?ve been in line... for an hour already and are just now getting our coffees, after being offered the wrong drinks twice. There are so many peopleworking right now, so they can?t blame it on being short staffed. There are so many drinks lined up on the drive thru counter,none of which are ours. No explanation on why it was taking so long, and really no acknowledgment at all aside from when theytried to give us the wrong drinks. Absolutely awful. Read more
Waited in line over an hour. Drive through is set up so you can?t leave. This is by far the slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been to.... My son got out of car and went in and got drink, came back out and finished it before I made it to the window?. Read more

This place is the worst! My wife likes their coffee (when its done right), so I pick it up for her and take it to the hospital... where she works. Out of the last three trips, my wifes coffee had to be replaced every time. The last time, I sat in line in thedrive thru for thirty minutes only to get a half empty coffee that tasted horrible.
