This place is the worst! My wife likes their coffee (when its done right), so I pick it up for her and take it to the hospital... where she works. Out of the last three trips, my wifes coffee had to be replaced every time. The last time, I sat in line in thedrive thru for thirty minutes only to get a half empty coffee that tasted horrible. The employees are friendly here. But every time I come here it?s probably the slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been to. I?ve been... waiting in the lobby with my 5 year old son for 30 minutes and still haven?t gotten my drink. I?m about to ask for my moneyback. I remembered why I don?t like coming to this location. Would honestly leave less than one star if possible. This is THE WORST Starbucks experience I?ve ever had. We?ve been in line... for an hour already and are just now getting our coffees, after being offered the wrong drinks twice. There are so many peopleworking right now, so they can?t blame it on being short staffed. There are so many drinks lined up on the drive thru counter,none of which are ours. No explanation on why it was taking so long, and really no acknowledgment at all aside from when theytried to give us the wrong drinks. Absolutely awful. Read more

Waited in line over an hour. Drive through is set up so you can?t leave. This is by far the slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been to.... My son got out of car and went in and got drink, came back out and finished it before I made it to the window?. Read more

never a dull or bad experience from this place. it?s full of energy & hardworking employees who care about each other & the... customers! i?m here almost everyday & greeted with smiles, & sometimes a little conversation while my drink is being made! ilove the atmosphere that they provide for everywhere, so positive! keep up the great work! Went to this Starbucks this morning. Katelyn was working the drive thru & was extremely rude & unprofessional. Taking her... frustrations out on the customer. Giving dirty looks & making complaints right in front of us about us. Any other time we havegone to this Starbucks, every other worker has been polite & professional. We would apologize for any misunderstandings &Katelyn would just give dirty looks.. I?ve never written a review in my life but that was the worst drive thru & customerservice experience we?ve ever had because of Katelyn. Read more

The drinks were great once we got them, and the right ones. Normally that would prompt me to leave fewer stars and bad review.... However, when we got there there was a huge line around the building for the drive through, so we went in since we weretraveling and needed to stretch. The first thing I noticed was how short staffed they were. The barista that took our order wasfantastic, great attitude, helpful and smiling. When one of our orders was the wrong drink we had a sincere apology and thecorrect one right away. For such a small crew, they rocked it and deserve to be praised! Good job!!!! Read more

Honestly I don?t think there is a worse Starbucks in the country. The lobby is regularly closed which prevents you from placing... an order pick up, and on top of that, they are so slow, the line is usually wrapped around to the road. These people want tounionize for more money! What a joke. Read more
