I love going to Starbucks. But this location needs some training. The first time I went I got bad cake pops and there got mad... for telling them. This time we went our barista was a guy named Gabe. He was so so RUDE. I've never had such a bad experience ata S.B if my kid didn't want it so bad I would have left. We did nothing to him for him to act like that with us. I ordered two venti drinks, a Frappuccino and a shaken espresso, and a cheese danish. The shaken espresso came as a grande (not... a big deal, I?ll just sip on my baby drink). I mentioned I wanted a venti and she said ?oh the toasted white mocha Frappuccinowas a venti, did you get them mixed up??? You?ve gotta be kidding me. Customer service is dead and higher pay; ?entitled to?.You don?t need to apologize but don?t blame me for your ineptitude. And while I?m at it, stop putting the blame, and startthinking of solutions. I enjoy this Starbucks and get coffee to go regularly, but when I stayed and tried to get some work done on my laptop there the... music was so loud I couldn't hear myself think and struggled to get anything done. I had to step outside to take a phone call soI could actually hear the other person. I would like more of a relaxed atmosphere at a coffee shop than a party atmosphere.Otherwise, this Starbucks has been great. Read more
