I ordered pizza from here on a Friday night. I didn't realize until after I had placed an order it the estimated wait time was... going to take 90-104 minutes. When I called to cancel, the lady on the phone insisted it would only take an hour. I decided tocancel anyway, to which she decided to tell me that I could have easily seen how long it was going to take before I ordered. (Iordered through the website not door dash, so no it doesn't show the time until AFTER the order is placed). When I said sorry Ididn't see that until after I put the order in, she caught an attitude and said I wouldn't get my money back for 3-5 days andthen just hung up on me. Overly rude for no reason because I didn't want to wait almost 2 hours for a pizza. Not to mention, Icanceled within 10 minutes of ordering so it's not like my pizza was already being worked on. That's fine though, because Iwon't ever order from this location again even if it's the last place open. Read more

After calling 3 different pizza places to deal with long wait times and unprofessional employees..this place was a breath of... fresh air seriously it was like night and day ..from the young man who toke my order to the young man that delivered it..excellent service ..I appreciate that so much because it's rare in this area especially..the food was hot and very deliciousas well..its crazy this place doesn't have 5 stars ..
