I ordered pizza from here on a Friday night. I didn't realize until after I had placed an order it the estimated wait time was... going to take 90-104 minutes. When I called to cancel, the lady on the phone insisted it would only take an hour. I decided tocancel anyway, to which she decided to tell me that I could have easily seen how long it was going to take before I ordered. (Iordered through the website not door dash, so no it doesn't show the time until AFTER the order is placed). When I said sorry Ididn't see that until after I put the order in, she caught an attitude and said I wouldn't get my money back for 3-5 days andthen just hung up on me. Overly rude for no reason because I didn't want to wait almost 2 hours for a pizza. Not to mention, Icanceled within 10 minutes of ordering so it's not like my pizza was already being worked on. That's fine though, because Iwon't ever order from this location again even if it's the last place open. Read more

After calling 3 different pizza places to deal with long wait times and unprofessional employees..this place was a breath of... fresh air seriously it was like night and day ..from the young man who toke my order to the young man that delivered it..excellent service ..I appreciate that so much because it's rare in this area especially..the food was hot and very deliciousas well..its crazy this place doesn't have 5 stars .. Great service all the time. The two ladies at the front register is nice and friendly. They make you feel like family. At times... they will bring your pizza to your car! Throughout my time living in the area, I have never met a TEAM that has become a family to me. The service that they give is... consistent and real. Mel is outstanding...she presents care and concern with a can do attitude that should make any owner orhigher management proud. I only buy pizza from this location because I'm treated with respect and warmth. The staff is A-one #1-store appeal is clean and welcoming- The delivery team is fast and always check to make sure your good with the order beforeleaving. If you had a bad visit here...its because you came with a bad attitude and intent to complain. I?ve ordered this the Parston Drive location of Papa Johns about 3-4 times. My first experience was the best although the guy... who took my order was a little short tempered. The food arrive pretty fast and it was fresh and hot. The next time the food waspartially burnt. Th final time there was barely any meat on the pizza. Very disappointing! I call and spoke with the Manager(Melanie) to let her know of the experiences and she advised me not to patronize them if I was not satisfied with the service.She seemed to care nothing at all about me as a customer.
