Horrible experience at Honey Bake Ham at Forestville Maryland locale. Prepaid line past the laundromat near Shoppers. Told,... ran out of available hams, more are being pulled from the truck and glazed. Management argued with customers in and outside thestore. Bad management. Manager should've have known her inventory verses what has been accounted for through prepaidcustomers. Unacceptable treatment of paying customers and potential customers. Please retrain manager and staff on how to dealwith a large volume of customers. Each year the process of buying a ham or turkey or both gets worse.
