My father always bought baked ham here, but I never knew they made sandwiches until today. A bit pricey, the meat and toppings... on the sandwich barely filled-out the bun and the meat was quite cold to the taste. Good service otherwise. Will I return? Read more
The young cashier asked every customer for their phone number to receive coupons. When taking my order I was not asked nor... greeted. After receiving my order I left the store only to return because my order was incorrect ( probably done intentionally).While correcting my order I hear the sandwich makers complaining. It's not my fault you did not pay attention to the specialinstructions. She even yells "damn how many sandwiches do she have". I have patronize this establishment for years. It has been a 22 year wait to return for me. First impression is the Store is really clean the staff were friendly and took time... to explain items and what is available for special orders. The Ham sandwich was delicious and the toppings were fresh along withthe condiment . I also purchased a smoked turkey sandwich which is equally delicious. Horrible experience at Honey Bake Ham at Forestville Maryland locale. Prepaid line past the laundromat near Shoppers. Told,... ran out of available hams, more are being pulled from the truck and glazed. Management argued with customers in and outside thestore. Bad management. Manager should've have known her inventory verses what has been accounted for through prepaidcustomers. Unacceptable treatment of paying customers and potential customers. Please retrain manager and staff on how to dealwith a large volume of customers. Each year the process of buying a ham or turkey or both gets worse.
